New membership framework also gives travel tech enterprise leaders, growth-stage companies, and emerging innovators access to actionable policy intelligence, strategic advocacy, and cross-industry collaboration

Wednesday, June 24, 2026 — The Travel Tech Association (Travel Tech), the unified voice for the travel technology ecosystem, today announced the launch of its State Policy Intelligence Brief (SPIB) — the industry’s first-ever dedicated resource focused on tracking and analyzing state legislative and regulatory developments impacting travel innovation.

The launch comes as state policymakers across the country rapidly advance legislation affecting artificial intelligence, pricing practices, data privacy, digital marketplaces, online consumer protection, and platform accountability — creating growing complexity for companies operating across the modern travel ecosystem.

To help companies navigate that environment, Travel Tech is also introducing an expanded membership framework with Start-up, Growth, and Enterprise membership options designed to provide organizations of all sizes with greater access to policy intelligence, advocacy, and industry collaboration.

“Travel technology companies are operating in an environment where policy and regulation increasingly shape innovation, competition, and growth,” said Laura Chadwick, President & CEO of Travel Tech. “Travel Tech exists to bring clarity, alignment, and collective voice to that complexity. The State Policy Intelligence Brief and our other member benefits are designed to help our members anticipate what’s coming, understand what matters, and engage strategically before policy decisions become barriers to innovation.”

Published regularly for members, the State Policy Intelligence Brief will provide analysis of emerging state legislative trends, updates on active bills and regulatory developments, and insights into the broader policy issues shaping the future of digital travel.

The launch reflects Travel Tech’s broader mission to align advocacy and innovation across the travel technology ecosystem. The association works at the intersection of public policy, technology, and modern travel infrastructure — connecting enterprise leaders, growth-stage companies, and next-generation innovators around shared challenges and opportunities.

As travel becomes increasingly interconnected and technology-driven, Travel Tech believes no company should have to navigate policy pressure alone. Through regulatory intelligence, coalition-building, and proactive advocacy, the association helps members stay informed, aligned, and prepared to shape the future of modern travel.
